After 7 years, financial records are deleted and only the guarantee record (property address, scope of work, guarantee expiry date) is retained for the remaining guarantee period.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain financial records as described above.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to send you unsolicited communications beyond responding to your enquiry.
In the course of carrying out roofing work we may share your contact details with suppliers delivering materials to your property. These suppliers are provided only with the minimum information necessary (delivery address, contact name and telephone number) and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
